This early Twenty Liberty was coined during the Civil War at the Philadelphia mint. Appealing with strong luster and PL surfaces peeking out. Most of these have been dipped and cleaned.  Recent non cac NGC 55's @ 18,000 and 19,200. 8939. (FP) ***
